    Dear Sir,

    I am Neetesh from Mumbai(India). I have recharged my Vodafone Sim with 3G Data Plan as BBZ10 supports 3G. When I switch my network mode to 3G the network bar starts fluctuating it is not stable. I have rebooted my phone many a times, I dont get the H+ network in my Z10. But when I switched the network mode on 2G mode the network bar is stable. Whats the Problem, what should I do, is my device faulty. Does the Z10 radio frequency doesn't match with the vodafone 3G signals. Please help whats is the problem. I have tried the SIM in other android phone and the sim had full 3G network and was working fine and Smooth. Please help and provide me the solution.

    My Model Number is : STL100-1 and OS version is : 10.2.1.3247 and
    Software Release : 10.2.1.2977 and Device Pin is :2AF4F82E

    I have raised the ticket in Blackberry Customer Care Ticket Number is INC000027774401

    Please Revert as soon as possible.

    Because of Network fluctuation my battery Drains and even at times Call Drops.

    Vodafone 3G services in Mumbai is pathetic, i myself is vodafone 3g subscriber since day 1 vodafone had launched 3G in Mumbai, but since last 8 - 9 months their 3G services is degraded, several complaints went on deaf ears, and till today i suffer the same. there is no problem with Blackberry handset it is the service that is gone bad.

    Me an Airtel user in Delhi....network here also fluctuates bt not that as yours.

    See 3G in India is still not that stable...so you'll have to live with it

    But the network Bar is fluctuating when i change the Network Mode to 3G. It goes from full to Nil in less than a second... Due to which Battery drains faster. Sometime device network goes off to SOS mode

    Change your service provider, port out of vodafone and use airtel retaining your number.

    India is primarily the land of no contract, right? So what I don't get is how can a service provider allow this degradation of services and not lose customers in an exodus? Unless everyone is just as bad, or worse...
