    I did a factory restore on my Z10 and when I launched BBW all my previously purchased apps are missing? I log into BBW online and it is the same thing. So what gives? Now I have to pay for the apps again? Anyone have a fix for this?

    Try checking BBW in a web browser on your computer and see if it lists your purchases.

    Try refreshing BBW, sometimes it takes a while to populate all the apps.

    Already did and it also doesn't have the apps. It's like when I wiped the phone I wiped the username purchases. And it's not for just paid apps it for any app history. It's all gone.

    That's actually really strange. Never heard of this happening but there is a first for everything. The only way I can think of to fix this is to contact support somehow.
