BBM Video Chat

I have a few friends who have installed BBM in their mobile phones. However, they only have messaging or messaging and calling. How can they get to have video chat in BBM?

I will appreciate your help, everybody.

I'm pretty sure that both parties need to have BlackBerry phones for video calling to work.
