I have the Z10 and Q10, each has a different PIN. I thought with a BlackBerry ID, your PIN would be the same.
Am I missing something?

PINs are unique to each BB device.
So for each device I would have to invite my contact again?
Thanks in advance

Not if you sign in with BlackBerry ID. Sign in and contacts are brought over by the system.

I have the same ID but different PIN's. My BBM Contacts are not transferring over when I swap my sim card.

You need to use the same email and password with each device for BlackBerry World. If you do that, you'll get a prompt that your BlackBerry ID is in use on another device and it will ask to transfer.
The PIN is still a unique identifier for every device. It's just that now your email is what your contacts and apps are tied to.
