[CrackBerry Question]

The BBM app on my iPhone 6 does not load when I click on the icon. It shows a blank screen with the blackberry logo & goes off back to the home page after about 2mins.
This started after I updated with version 294.0.0.24 yesterday.

The only thing that has ever worked for me is uninstalling the app and then re-downloading it.

I'm going through the exact same problem. Is yours working now ?? Uninstalling it would make me feel like dying, so many not backed up chats and ****.

So yeah we all have been seeing the white screen and our bbms aren't working well the bypass is easy. Open Bbm from App Store then immediately press the back to AppStore button at the top left corner of the screen once you do that wait for a few seconds for the Bbm to load then open it and it should work. Note that if you close Bbm app you would encounter the same problem again so just leave the app open until you don't want to use it anymore and if you need to use it just follow the same process I mentioned earlier. Thanks
