    Hi, I have a Z30 and my BBM is no longer showing in my Hub. In the settings it is set to show in both the hub and the app, but it not longer is. Any suggestions? I have reboot, done the swipe from the top right in the hub, but nothing works. Also, I no longer receive any notification when I get a BBM, not even the spark on the BBM icon

    Try refreshing your hub, swipe from top right diagonal 4 or 5 times.

    Yes, I did that too I'm sad....i love BBM but now I can't see any messages unless I go right into BBM. Sigh...

    If you tap on settings within the hub, then hub management... do you see BBM? If you do click on it. And see what the above screen shows for you.

    Are you running a leak or official OS, and if it's a leak did you do a back up with link.

    It shows "Show in Both" just as you have above. I'm not running a leaked version. Just the latest software that comes to everyone else.

    Have you checked to make sure your running the most up to date BBM , open BBW and go into settings general and refresh , then go back in and go to installed apps and press on BBM and see if an update shows.

    I did also try changing the BBM view in the hub to just show in app and then back again, but no change.

    Yes that's current , try what KBZ said above. Change then go into BBM then go back and change back.

    Yikes, that is too complicated. I guess I will need to suffer with this. Hopefully another update comes up for BBM and it fixes this. So bummed. Thx for all your help!

    No problem , you could always do a back up on BB link then do a reload software then do a restore , but it's time consuming.
    Or someone smarter than myself pops in and has a better idea, sorry I couldn't help.

    After opening BBM swipe from top to down. There is an option called help. It might solve your issue

    The again everyone. I ended up doing an back up and restore and that fixed the issue. A bit of a pain, but it worked perfectly. Thx!
