If it' s true why blackberry is cheating their customers?

And why? Because it was BlackBerry's first priority to plaster the service with adverts, BEFORE turning it into a secure, reliable product.

They forgot that long-term success is achieved by building a good product FIRST and THEN monetizing it.

Another massive f-up by BlackBerry, the company that loves to shoot itself in the foot!

Amnesty international paid a consultancy to test certain aspects of certain programs - and this company did not analyse BlackBerry correctly.

In fact, it should be noted that the least 'secure' programs out there are Facebook and whatsapp - how they share your information, whether you are aware of it or not, is well reported. So how can this so called report have any credibility!
