    Hi,

    so recently even before 10.3.1 update, I have been experience a serious issue in BBM. whenever I open a group chat, I am not able to see the text. and when I return to the hub, the chat is gone and disappears. I have friends who are also experiencing this in 10.2.1

    Is anyone else having this problem? or have a fix?

    Does this only happen in group after the update or also in one to one chat. If so check to see if there is update for BBM

    nope, only in group. before and after update to 10.2.1 to 10.3.1
    and I updated it to latest version too
