BBM-Glympse problem

Has anyone else experienced the giant blue blob when using the BBM Glympse feature? It's so big that you can't really make out the person location on the map! The view is fine if you use the browser though. Is Blackberry aware of this problem?

I recall someone else having this issue but I don't remember if there was ever a solution published.
