Hey guys,I have a problem with BBM. Yesterday when I slept, my Z10's battery was 75 %. When I woke up today, the battery came back to 61%. From 75 to 70 was normal but 61 is very less.

So I checked Device Monitor to see what drained the battery. That was BBM with 11%.


Even standby drained about 1%. I had closed all apps from active frame when going to sleep. I turned off mobile network too and didn't power off the device as usual.

It has happened very first time. It is still draining battery.

What can be the problem?

What device you're using? This is a known issue with the stal100-1 device, do a hard reset to try and fix it.

Hold the power button until you see the BlackBerry logo when rebooting
