Hi guys, I m using Z10 and an awkward problem has come. Just about 10 days ago, I seen a sudden drop in my battery percentage. I checked Device Manager and seen that BBM was the cause for no reason. I didn't open it and neither it was opened in active frame. So I cried in CB forums for help here: BBM eating battery without running - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com

Someone suggested a hard reset and it worked! Now my problem is that this occurs everyday or two. I have been coming across it from past two weeks and have never had the problem. Its international model: STL-1 something.

Hope BB will fix this bug or you guys may come with some solution.

You could try loading an older BBM bar file, if you have taken the latest upgrade that came,

So I flashed old version of BBM from BB OS 10.1. But it doesn't seem to work. The problem comes back within 24 hours even after doing hard reset.

Please BlackBerry fix it soon! Its very annoying.
