Hi ,gor a week now my BBM delete my new contact right after was accepted (you can see the messege bbm contact was added ,but when you going to loock for it is not there )

Sounds like a rogue app to me.
Before we get started please remove any children and sharp objects from the immediate area.
Alright then. tap on your "contacts" app. now swipe down for the top and you'll see the settings wheel on the upper right.
Now, you do this next step at your own risk.
Tap the wheel. you'll find a few nobs, buttons and slider thinks as you make your way down to "show account in control list."
From there you're on your own. The very first button says BBM Contacts.
You can bring the children back in now, They make great witnesses when you tell everyone YOU figured it out!
