    Since I have switched from a Z10 to a Z30, I have lost all of my BBM contact profile photos. How do I get them back?

    Try a hard reset, as you BBM is probably still syncing.

    Thanks, I tried that and result is the same. It has been over one week. I would think that BBM would have synced already.

    Talking about, I remember than on the good old times with legacy devices we could change the profile picture from a contact to one of our own choice, the same as we can rename a contact, that was very useful.

    Try a selective restore for just "bbm". I had to do that after an update too.
