Why am I not able anymore to personalize my contact notifications for BBM anymore?

BBM won't show even up in the list.

I didn't update my BBM, but that shouldn't be the issue, since friend are still able to do so without updating it either.

Has anybody a solution? Because that's really inconvenient.

I've just spot checked a number of my contacts who are also BBM contacts. All active contacts show the option to customize the notification for BBM. Are you sure that contact you're showing is an active BBM contact?

Yes I am. And I can't do it for any active BBM contact.

The option won't even show up in the list (screenshot), like BBM doesn't even exists.

Nothing I've tried has worked so far.

That's not cool, because all I have is a red blinking LED. For most contacts I don't mind, but for a few it's really bothering me.

Has anybody an idea what might help with this issue?
