    As soon as BBM video on Android and iOS comes out of beta.

    Meanwhile Android and iOS can video chat between them because they are on a secondary server until the bugs are worked out.

    Correct. BB10 can only video chat with other BB10. They don't want to risk crashing the main BBM video server until all the Android and iOS bugs are worked out.
