    I installed BBM on a samsung s6 and tried to log in using my blackberry id I have used on my prior blackberry device for years. It gets stuck on blue screen stating "setup up BBM" and just stays there. I tested by creating a new account and it went through and setup fine. So just wondering why my prior BBID wont connect as I want to use it as I have many contacts I dont want to readd.

    when i switched to an android device i had no issue logging in with my BBID i used on my BlackBerry. Have you rebooted your device to try again?

    Rebooted many times. Not sure what rlse it could be. Uninstalled. Reinstalled.
