    Running Blend and Link on my iMac and even when using a USB cable my new Classic is never connected. I try with wi-fi and nothing happens. Uninstalled Link and Blend, re-installed and same deal. Not only that, I'm now getting "Request failed. An unknown error has occurred. Please try again" when I check my BBid properties on the Classic.

    Mine the same for weeks. No solution found so far. Gave up.

    Did you check your antivirus antivirus software? Often the over aggressive firewalls in them can cause issues.
