    I have a BBerry Passport and I usually back up to my computer which has an up to date windows 10 operating system. My passport is fully updated. I can't back it up and I am worried that I will lose information.

    Problem is LINK is not fully updated.... it does not support Windows 10. And 10.3.3 along with some of the Windows 10 updates have pretty much ended it.

    If you have iTunes on your machine - Rename the iTunesPrefs.xml file and relaunch BlackBerry Link
    To rename the iTunesPrefs.xml file;
    Turn on Show hidden files and folders
    Navigate to C:\Users\<userid>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\
    Rename the iTunesPrefs XML file file to iTunesPrefs.old
    ​Once completed, it would be recommended to turn off Show hidden files and folders.
    If no iTunes...
    uninstall all BlackBerry software (maybe even use regedit to remove all trace). Reboot
    disable all utilities (virus, malware, firewall....ect)
    Download and install latest version of LINK/Blend/Driver package using and Administrator Account...
