    All of a sudden every website I go to is telling me my browser is outdated & I can't access the site without updating & it offers chrome, safari, opéra & ie. I can't even log on to my banks website. Please advise.

    What model phone? What OS? What, if anything, have you tried so far? Can you post a screenshot of the error message, or post it verbatim if you cannot do that.

    So I downloaded all the options, chrome, ie & safari. When I try to open the downloaded file it says unable to download.

    Download the native app Browsie Browser. Then change the user agent to iOS or Android.
