    I downloaded the BlackBerry Link for pc, to fix the www.bberror/bb10-0015 on my BlackBerry Q10. When I connect the phone with the USB port, the link recognises the phone as BlackBerry Q10 connect. As soon as I click reload, it kicks out the device and says connection error or interrupted.
