So for a few weeks now I've been trying to find a solution for this problem but so far no luck I tried the black berry link software but every time when it came to extracting software it disconnects from my phone and says try again so I click try again and then when it reaches to loading software it disconnects again can someone plz help mr

Is the battery fully charged? Take out the battery and replace it after a couple minutes and see if it reboots.

Yes the battery is fully charged the led indicator just keeps flashing

Try a hard reset by holding down the up and down volume buttons until you see the Blue BlackBerry logo.

I already did that with my Cuz bb the led just kept flashing red it would flash twice then go out for a few seconds then it would blink twice again and it kept repeating that pattern
