    I have tried Settings>Software Updates on both the phone and in blackberry link, and both returned messages saying that my phone has the latest available software. How can I get my phone to update? I am currently running 10.2.1.3062.

    Which carrier are you on? If I recall, the 10.3 update hasn't been released for the Z10 for all carriers.

    Same here, in Mexico, BlackBerry hasn't notified carriers and carriers just don't care.
