I have BB Z10 which i purchase from middle east and now i am in india .I was using my device from last 7 months but one day suddenly it stop responding .I have try to turn it on my putting another battery ,try without putting battery by wall charger but nothing happens.I try to connect with pc but pc doent detecting the device as its not getting switch it on .I went to the service centre but they refused to take it as it was not purchased from india .I try to call their customer service but they said we doent have pos for this device ,when i try to call their global customer care they are asking for 49$.

I need your serious support as my all data is in their .

If it doesn't NOTHING... no blinking red lights, not white screen....

It's dead - in the future, have a "backup plan". Use the Cloud or save data to an non-encrypted SD Card.

You can try using an auto loader to try and recover the device... but you have lost the data.
