    Hi,

My Z10 has been working good for more than a year. It was also not latching onto 3G but 2G was working.

Today morning, I made calls using the phone too. I realised the Vodafone app and Skype were not opening. So, I restarted the phone from the menu.

Only ''Blackberry'' came up and did not boot up. Tried pulling the battery to restart the phone. The red LED also does not light up now when the battery is inserted.

I had installed the latest BB 10 OS. But no new apps.

I'm lost without my BB. Please help!!

Reinstall the OS using BlackBerry Link.

Use Preferences > Reload Device Software (in BlackBerry Link)

Same thing happened to me. There's no fix, just sell it for parts or get it fixed under warranty if you bought extended.

Go to your carrier, see if they can do anything (if you have warrenty) or reload the os and if all else fails, do a teardown and sell individual parts.

Sorry man, hopefully one of these methods will work
