    Can't access BBM, BlackBerry world, or browser on my BlackBerry bold 9930. Even when I have wifi connected. Says browser is blocked and so is BBM. I went to the parental controls and it says parental controls is not compatible with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Can someone please help?

    The phone has a clean ESN because the calling and texts work just fine.
