[CrackBerry Question]

Hello everyone,

I write this post because I'm having problems with my BB10, and the software BB link, practically I can not back up the phone, no backup type (basic, full or custom)

All other functions of BBlink seem to work perfectly.

DETAILED SCENARIO:

BB Q10 (Carrier Tim Italy):
SW ver: 10.3.1.1779
OS ver: 10.3.1.2576

PC:
Windows 7 Pro Sp1
BBlink:
downloaded from the official website: "10 BlackBerry Desktop Software Installer v1.1.0.22"
Current version (about software): 1.2.4.28

Apple MAC:
OS 10.8.2
BBlink
10 BlackBerry Desktop Software v1.1.0.29 Installer (Mac OS)
Current Version: 1.2.2 (build27)

I tried to do all kinds of backup is using both the Mac and laptop.

In all cases, and in all the tests carried out, the phone switches to backup status 0% to 100% in no time,
but at the same time in the bb-link you get an error that says "check that your phone is connected to the USB."

Ps I tried to remove the SD card, sim, restarting the phone by removing the battery etc etc. result equal to above.

The last full backup was successful, run on Windows PC back at least six months ago, but with BB OS 10.2.x.

I wish I could do a full backup, or at least basic, right now, in case of failure of the phone, I would lose all the data.

Is there anyone who can intercede with programmers to evaluate to solve this little problem?

I cannot backup my Z30 on my windows 8.1 home computer but used a windows 7 laptop at work and was able to. Can you try still a third computer too see if you can make a backup?

Get "Backup Pro" from BlackBerry World. It will backup most of the important things on you phone and will keep you safe until you can get Link working again. We've all had inexplicable issues with link from time to time.

Hello everyone and thank you for the answers.

I am the author of the post "main"
I unintentionally had published the post without making log-in.

I am very disappointed by bb-link software, both for its extreme slowness, both the issues described above.

I solved most of the problems encountered using the software "SACHESI".

With Sachesi I managed to do a minimum of my personal data backup BB10, (contacts, SMS, calendar, mail accounts etc ..)

I could then restore the backup to the new BB Classic.

The APP and all the various configurations then I reinserted by hand.

Everything ok, we hope that soon the problems with BB-link are resolved.

Link refused to recognize my phone this week. I tried the usual uninstall and re-install with no luck. Link will not install on my laptop and I tried more than fifteen times last evening.

I am at a loss as to what to try next.
