    Hello,

    I have installed BB link successfully onto a users account. Everytime I switch over to that account BB link tries to install itself but cannot find a certain file.

    BB link is alreay installed how do I stop it was continuously try to install itself.

    First thing is to Restart the PC. That's the most common fix for any Link-related troubles.

    If it's still acting up after a reboot, Uninstall via Control Panel, delete your original Link download file, restart PC, re-download & re-install Link.
