    i m having an issue with my bb q10. it was working fine till today morning. When i connect it to wi-fi, everything works fine. but when i connect to mobile data/3g, the bb symbol vanishes. As i m using a corporate bb, i can't use to access email and other services without bb symbol. What should i do now. I tried restarting bb after removing battery, but it is not working though.

    Toggle data services off and on again in settings. If that doesn't work you could try taking the sim out and putting it back in
