I tried a lot to reload but after green light again and again red light appears and it gets disconnecting and cannot reload .. help is urgently require dbb error 10-0015 in bb passport is not getting fixed i am trying to reload by bb link but its disconnecting everytime

You will need to use an autoloader.
If you want to reload the same OS for your device source the correct autoloader file from the link below.

You will need to download onto your PC and extract the file.
Power down your device and connect it to your PC when the "bootrom" screen appears. Use the following guide to help you.
Be aware that your device will be wiped and you will have lost any data or media on it.

howdy im a newbie on blackberry downloads. I bought a passport and now have to do an autoload...where do I download this software? I tried the link attached to this thread but the site requires a decryption key

You shouldn't need a decryption key....are you downloading to your PC?
Mega files cannot be downloaded directly in the bb10 browser they need to be downloaded to PC, extracted with a utility like 7zip and then autoloader to your device.
