    Hi all,
    I updated my BB 9360 to OS 7.1 Bundle 2727 and right after start, i ve this message "this handheld device includes software that...." I can t scroll down to accept this and my BB stucks. I confirm It s not HW issue, also i can connect with BB desktop sw, calling 911 is working. This case is in many internet forums but i cant find any solution till now.
