    i changed plan from regular to prepaid to save money...now i get a popup message notification that i need to set up my visual vm i go to the call menu and swipe down and into settings there and on visualvoicemail - there is not place to deactivate this feature - verizon says it BB problem and I can't call BB because i have to have a carrier code - help???

    Complete the setup and say No Thank You to the $2.99 charge.
    Then you should be able to turn off the notifications for it.
