[CrackBerry Question]

Hi All
my phone Blackberry Classic cant find any network by scan. Manual or automatic scan, no results. what could it be a problem? if sim card is not inserted there is no option for scan for network, when I insert the sim card, there is an option for scan and search but no results. the phone is constantly searching for network. I've noticed also in settings under info, OS, network ,that "enhanced 4 G LTE services are disconnected'. the phone had the same problem before and after update. my second phone (classic) can find different networks by scan, even without sim card. I have no idea what could be a problem. I am on T-mobile and currently on Q10 so my service on t-mobile is ok
