    I was using my BB 9920 and the clock came up and the phone froze and started to heat up. I did a soft boot ALT+SHIFT+DEL and its just loading the blackberry screen. But after that nothing just a blank screen.

    How can I fix this problem?

    Unfortunately, it sounds like you need to reload a software on your phone...another OS. Reload what you have been using with Desktop Manager
