    I just upgraded my OS to 10.3.1.1565. Since then, my battery has been draining extremely fast and the phone feels very hot. WiFi and Bluetooth and GPS are all off. What could be the reason? Any remedy available?

    Can you post a Screenshot of the battery monitor?

    discharge the battery fully and recharge it completely. my battery greatly improved after10.3.1.1565 update

    I am using Q10. I've only started using this particular Q10 and it's battery this week. On my previous Q10, the battery lasted more than a day. Now it dies within 12 hours despite this battery being "new".

    It looks like your email/contacts/calendar accounts are using it all. Are you using many accounts? How have you configured them? To download EVERYTHING or just a the last few days/weeks?

    It might be because the phone is importing everything. Can you also look into the WiFi/Cellular statistics to see what is eating up data?

    My q5 lost 12 hours after update. Now 100percent charge is only 6hours. I'm disappointed
