    I have brand new z10 i have problems with my battery indicator, after 100% The indicator states 97%, it's totally skipped 99% and of course 98%, what is the problem? Help me

    If you're getting good performance from your phone, I wouldn't worry about it. Can I explain it? No, but I know that the battery meter reading is nothing more than a "guess" done by the OS and sometimes that guess can be off by a bit. Why it would skip 99% and 98% is strange but if the guess is off by a bit, no harm done.

    Restarting your phone might be an idea if there's something wonky with the OS.

    Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds until BlackBerry shows up on the screen, ignoring anything that shows up before that.
