[CrackBerry Question]

Hi Guys I bought this BB Z10 a month ago.
When I plug in to charge.after 10 minutes It's already on 100% charged and stops charging.
When I plug off after again 10 minutes shows 0^% battery.
I've tried several times to pull out the battery but nothing changes.
Please help!!

Try plugging your phone into the wall to charge and pull your battery while its plugged in wait a min or two and put the battery back in,

I think the problem is in OS it shows that battery is on 100% and stops charging.

Do a hard reset while the phone is on. Hold down both volume buttons until the BlackBerry logo shows up. After this, put it in the wall charger. If the problem persists, you might have to wipe the phone and reload the OS with BlackBerry Link.

You may have a defective battery , buy a new one and see what happens.

I was using over a month and suddenly it happened when i plugged in.
Before yesterday it worked perfectly

It sounds like you have a bad battery and need to have it replaced.

Is there another one you can use to try?

They give me the new battery now it works cool I'll hope nothing will change.
