    It is even poor than 10.2.1 on my Z10 stl100-2.
    Rebooted many times, done hard reset, but no luck.

    It is not a solution buddy. If it isn't supposed to be better on leaks then how much it could change in the official one.

    They didn't intend for you to use it. Get over the shortcomings using a stolen OS, and wait for official which won't have that issue.
