Hi I recently installed the leaked os 10.3.1.1450 on my Z10 St 100 -1. I backed up my data through blackberry link before installing the update and now it won't let me restore.
I keep getting the error " Restore did not complete" " verify that your device is turned on and connected to BlackBerry Link, and try again"
It says on my phone device connected to computer and restore in progress.. then I get the error.
Help me out guys.
And wow this white keyboard is amazing xD

I am also having a similar issue except I am on 10.2.1.2991. I want to install 10.3 but I am unable to back up first. getting the same error code. I have tried uninstalling Link, rebooted pc, hard reset on phone and nothing! My wife's Z10 backs up without an issue but my Z30 is a no go. I have too much information in a lot of saved apps that I don't want to lose so a clean install is not really an option. The last time I was able to back up was last November. I have tried checking settings too but can't find anything. Some one please help!
