We have a number of BB 9360 & 9720 using a BESX Server. How do I backup contacts, IM Settings and photos?
I'm thinking the contacts should automatically backup with the mail server. But if not the BlackBerry Desktop Manager will back up contacts, photos, settings and other items.

I understand that we can use the blackberry device manager to backup but wanted a "wireless" solution. We actually like the idea of using Blackberry Protect but understand that it cannot be used with BESX. Is this the case or can we use Blackberry Protect with BESX?
