Can anyone help me, please, how to fix the auto zoom in of my BB Z10 screen after the OS update to 10.3.1565? My phone automatically zooms in after unlocking (entering the device password) and waking up (after sleep/standby mode).

Check in your system settings, accessibility, that magnify mode is turned off.

Hi,

I am also facing same problem of home & other screens starting in Zoom mode when I unlock the phone by swiping from bottom edge.
This problem started after updating to 10.3.1 OS ( Handset : Z10 )

As per you suggestion if I turn off the magnify mode, then this problem is solved, but now i am unable to zoom / magnify any text messages. In my 10.2 OS the magnify mode was on & there was no issue.

Turn it ON gives another problem of Screen starting in auto Zoom Mode while unlocking... This is problem which started after migrating to 10.3.1

I have just done the latest update and seems in have the same issue.... That is auto zoom in when I unlock the screen... its very annoying!!
Can we get any official comments from BlackBerry guys ???

After the update to 10.3.1.1565 I faced the same problem with you, auto magnify when unlock it and some letters wants a second hit when I text.
What can we do to fix it?

same problem here. since i updated to os 10.3 auto zooming is enabled randomly . please
if anyone find a solution just post it . believe this also should be a point for blackberry to fix (together with numerous
other bugs ) to an new update. hope it will be available soon.

Turning off magnify mode just means you can no longer zoom in to anything which means you would have to turn it back on every time you need to zoom. If you did that next time it sleeps or is locked same problem. You literally would have to constantly be turning magnify on and off. Your suggestion is useless.

This is not an acceptable solution. You're right that you can stop the unwanted auto-zoom during wake and power-on by turning off Magnify Mode", but the problem with this is that you can no longer magnify pages in your messages and in the browser (an important and valued function). Blackberry keeps pretending this isn't a bug, and John Chen isn't helping by trying to blame it on Norah Jones.

I had this issue, when flipping open the case on my Q5.
I triple-tapped with two fingers to return to normal zoom.
AFTER that, the case flipping did not change the zoom level. It's as if the triple-tap changed the default for "zoom on wake" from zoomed to normal.

After the recent automatic software download both my blackberry's zooms in every time I use them I have to readjust
. Drives me crazy. Also swiping to answer phone half the time doesn't work now and I can't answer phone. After 10 years of using blackberry now At point considering junking both of them!
Why release update software if it has new BUGS!!

Thank you! I couldn't access the "accessibility" feature because of the zoom function. Meaning, that I couldn't scroll down far enough to disable the zoom function.

I have the same issue What want work in turning the Magnification off by going to "settings - Accessibility - "Magnify Mode" off. This will kill all the zoom capability.
Blackberry has made a simple issue VERY complicated....... Again

Please post a real fix if anyone finds it.

I have a zoom problem, when I click on a video or any other method that a new tab opens, that tab opens in zoomed mode (ie link on Facebook or other site) . The zoom in accessibility is off. I have tried turning it on and off again. This has only been happening recently so not sure why.
