You can download .apk files and move it to the phone to later install it if you're on OS10.2.1+.

For native BlackBerry apps that run as a .bar, if you manage to find the bar files of certain apps, you can later connect your device and sideload them.

That's wrong, you no longer need to do that. Just do as Czeckmate said.

And you probably won't find any native apps out there unless they are betas.
