[CrackBerry Question]

Hi

I am having trouble deleting an reinstalling an app. I hadn't used Tinder for months and then tried using it. It wasn't working, so I got curious and tried to uninstall it.

The icon disappeared from the home screen, but when I try to re-install it using the APK, I keep getting an error message "the app cannot be installed".

When I check Amazon store, it shows that it is still on my phone. When I try to uninstall it from either of the Amazon apps, the Amazon apps crash.

Now, when I open either Amazon app, I'm prompted with "do you want to uninstall Tinder". I chose yes, and the app crashes.

Any help and guidance would be much appreciated.

Try to delete from Amazon app store Webportal / Your apps and devices, hope it work,
i am young to CB Family, may be some elder can help more.
