    Hi I have BlackBerry z10 in this when I use the application which is not install from the BlackBerry Hub or install from other app like mobogini. It show error your data pack or wifi is not activate but it is on. I can browse Internet easly but not access the app plz help me

    Some apps need further files to be downloaded and installed and some Android app can't do that.
    Which app are you having trouble with? maybe we can help?

    Fb massanger,viber,line Google map etc are various app which are not working the viber app is downloaded from BlackBerry Hub also not working. When I tap on the icon of app it say no connection turn on wifi or data pack. I change my service provider also the problem is still same
