If I go to say " text messages" for example and then go back to BB Hub it takes from 10 to 15 minutes to open the hub. In that time I can't see messages or make calls. Anybody else have this issue and is there a fix?

I suggest you uninstall BlackBerry hub, then turn device off for a few minutes and turn back on, then reinstall hub again.

Yes, you'll then need to re establish your email accounts, but it should hopefully resolve your issue.

So, go to playstore BlackBerry hub:

Thanks. I will give that a try. I failed to mention though that my phone is a BB Classic. Not sure if that will change your response or if it is even possible to uninstall it

That would definitely change the response. You can't uninstall the hub from BlackBerry 10.

In my experience, the hub on BlackBerry 10 is actually a FAR better experience than on Android.

Nothing in the hub should take 10 minutes.
I assume you've tried restarting the phone?

Ahh, as the others indicated, totally different answer.

I suggest you try a 32 second re-boot. So, press the off button for 32 seconds, time it.

That's the equivalent of a battery pull.

Post back if that sorts it. 😀

Well that made no change at all. And as a side note to that it takes about 15 min. for it to load the hub when it restarts. Gotta say I liked my Bold way better. Also this phones notifications only sound once where my Bold would do 3 times. I haven't been able to figure out how to change it and was told it was not changeable. Any thoughts?
