    This topic was raised by another user nearly a week ago and no one except me has raised a similar problem,when I try and use blackberry protect I get this
    Anyone else having problems with BlackBerry Protect?-img_20170312_130120.png
    Has anyone else had this besides the original poster?
    I've done all the normal things reset my phone and tried to activate it by WiFi and still it doesn't work.

    Try toggling it off in settings and logging back in

    10.3.2.
    I've checked for an update there isn't one yet available, and I've switched it on and off and still no joy.

    Have you tried login in a protect.blackberry.com and making sure the device hasn't been archived?

    Yes my device is still showing as active.
