Their 855-556-2522 as well as 877-255-2377 ask the questions and then after you enter the IMEI they say they will transfer you. Then the "We're sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed." recorded operator message kicks in. Perhaps I should use something other than a BB phone to call BB or has BB not paid their phone bill?

It's customer service that will get you to technical support if needed. Only caveat is that is from the shopblackberry website, so I don't know if it requires you purchased through their store. Good luck.
