Any way to fix the way texting looks after the mandatory software update?

I have a Q10 that was unceremoniously updated to 10.3.2.556 earlier today. Now, I absolutely hate the way everything looks. The texting/hub section is the worst. Where I respond is super tiny and when the messages are sent, it's this huge old-people/large print/Reader's Digest version. I have OCD really bad and now that this huge change happened, I'm feeling overwhelmed. I even called Verizon to see if they could downgrade me back to the previous OS version but they said no. Any help would really be appreciated.

You can not down grade from this OS its mandatory update put out by BB.

First make sure accessibility > magnify mode is OFF. I have release version 10.3.2.516 on my Z10 and no issues. You can't downgrade below 10.3.2, but I believe you can down or upgrade within the 10.3.2 envelope.

My phone is super laggy since the Vz update 24 hrs ago. I have rebooted twice & it crashed a little bit ago. Ideas?

Stop rebooting it, plug it in overnight and let it do its work. It should normalize by tomorrow. Really depends on just how much message history and synced accounts you have.
