    I'm using a BlackBerry q10 running 10.3. Any app I download crashes. There's like a green loading bar during launch then it crash when it's almost at the end. Help please...

    Which version of 10.3 are you using?

    If you've installed 10.3.3 then you have installed a developer version which hasn't been released officially by BlackBerry.

    The unofficial release has functional limitations and unfortunately you cannot downgrade from that release.
    You will have to wait for BlackBerry to put out the official version.

    Sounds to me as like you need the android runtiume fix. Are you referring to all apps or android apps causing that green bar? You probably need to download and install the android runtime fix in Blackberry World if that is the case. Navigate here with your device http://appworld.blackberry.com/webst...ntent/39879918 and after install DO NOT OPEN the runtime fix, just reboot your device, wait about 10 minutes then try using the apps.
