    I download different android app like flash transfer but it didn't work properly on my z10

    The Z10 does not support wifi direct (or S-Beam as Samsung calls it). So you cannot transfer files between two devices connected to each other directly via wifi (i.e. with no common router).

    Not sure about transferring between networked devices (i.e. Connected to a common router), but I'm pretty sure any app capable of file transfer (like bbm) will end up using the shortest path, so the data will be transferred only within the wifi network.
