    When I open the play store on my BlackBerry q10 it goes right into google account application and tells me to input my email and password. After I do that it says to me that this account already exists on this device. What can I do ?

    I had the same issues after playing with the settings in Google account.
    Did a complete removal of apks and reinstalled (Cobalt) as has been suggested. All working well again.
